Potina: banana oat drinks for kids — the facts

It is sold at Tesco stores nationwide and on Tesco.com for £2.80 per 1-litre carton.

Why fibre matters
Most UK children do not reach the recommended daily fibre intake of 20g per day for ages 4 to 10, and breakfast is where the gap is widest. One 200ml glass of Potina provides 4g of natural fibre — around a fifth of that daily target — poured over cereal, stirred into porridge, or served chilled before the school run.
